12:30 PM: The main event! Bring your appetite for a delicious feast, fun vibes, and quality time with teammates, families, and friends. Please sign up here to help with set up, clean up, grill or bring a food or drink.

10:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Mandatory Football Equipment Fittings – Gear up and get game-ready before the BBQ kicks off!
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Family Cheer Meeting – Cheer families, it’s your time to rally together as we set the tone for an incredible season ahead.
