Cheer Demo & Coach Trainee Program

Del Rancho Pop Warner is proud to welcome dedicated high school cheerleaders and dancers to volunteer in our Cheer Demo & Coach Trainee Program. By helping mentor our younger athletes, you’ll gain valuable leadership, coaching, and community service experience while making a positive impact on the next generation of Toro cheerleaders. This program allows student volunteers to give back to the youth sports community while developing skills that are beneficial for college applications, resumes, and future leadership opportunities.

Program Overview

Student Demo / Coach Trainees assist our cheer coaching staff during practices, clinics, and special events. Volunteers may help demonstrate basic cheer motions, jumps, and tumbling fundamentals while encouraging and supporting younger athletes as they learn and grow in the sport.

All student volunteers work under the supervision of Del Rancho Pop Warner certified cheer coaches and are expected to model positive sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership.
